Common questions

What counts as a query?

Each TLD checked counts as one query. Checking one domain across 10 TLDs costs 10 queries. Using skip_cache doubles the cost.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you get the new limits right away. When downgrading, the change applies at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my query limit?

You receive a 402 QUOTA_EXCEEDED error. Your existing cached results still work. Upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final. You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
